TradeSheet SMS Notifications

Program Description

TradeSheet is a job management platform for electrical contractors and trade professionals. When you provide your mobile number and opt in to SMS notifications, you may receive transactional text messages related to your use of the TradeSheet platform. These messages include:

• Responses to service enquiries submitted via our contact form or platform
• Job status updates and notifications (e.g. job assigned, job completed)
• Appointment and booking reminders
• Quote and invoice information
• Schedule change notifications

All messages are transactional and service-related. TradeSheet does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and job schedule. You will only receive messages that are directly related to actions on your account or jobs you are involved with. There is no fixed number of messages per month.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. TradeSheet does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data fees. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from TradeSheet. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from TradeSheet unless you opt in again.

Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use the TradeSheet platform or receive communications via other channels such as email or in-app notifications.
