About TradeSheet
TradeSheet was started by a working electrical contractor who was tired of juggling five apps to get one job invoiced. It has grown into a single platform that handles the whole job, from first enquiry to final payment, for any trade that turns up on site.
Where it came from
Electrical work needs certificates. Certificates need photos, readings, signatures and accurate client data. None of the generic job management tools handled that well, so we built our own. Along the way we added quotes, invoices, timesheets, chat, materials, subcontractors, automations and Tap to Pay on iPhone, because the problems we had were never just about the paperwork.
Where it is now
The platform is multi-tenant, offline-first and mobile-first. Engineers can work through jobs, forms and certificates even with no signal, and every action is synced back and broadcast to the rest of the team in real time as soon as they reconnect. QuickBooks and Xero are wired in as first-class integrations, not afterthoughts.
It is no longer just for electricians. If your business sends people to site and has to prove what they did there, TradeSheet is built for you.
What makes it different
Compliance isn't an add-on
Electrical certificates (EIC, EICR, MWC), risk assessments, custom forms and signatures are native parts of the job workflow, not a plug-in.
Offline is the default
The mobile app keeps working inside plant rooms, basements and rural properties with no signal. Sync happens when the phone reconnects.
Secure by default
Mandatory two-factor auth, multi-tenant isolation, scoped API keys, signed outbound webhooks, and role-based permissions everywhere.
Fair pricing
Free for up to five seats. Every feature on every plan. Extra seats are £2 per month. No per-module paywalls.
