Geofence clock in and out
A state machine watches the job site and clocks engineers in when they arrive, out when they leave, and tracks travel time between sites on its own. The Live Activity widget keeps the current state on the lock screen.
Offline-first from day one
Jobs, clients, forms and certificates stay on the device, so engineers can work in plant rooms, basements and rural properties with no signal. Everything syncs back as soon as the phone reconnects.
Signatures, photos and readings
Capture client signatures, meter readings and before/after photos directly inside custom forms. The signed PDF is produced on the device so you can email or save it straight away.
Mandatory two-factor auth
Every account is protected with email, SMS or authenticator app 2FA. Backup codes are generated on setup and can be regenerated at any time.
FLIR thermal camera support
Attach a FLIR module and record thermal photos and video with radiometric data and min/max/average temperature. Useful for electrical inspections, insulation surveys and fault finding.
Smart navigation to rural sites
The Navigate button prefers saved lat/lng and What3Words over postcodes, so named houses and rural properties route correctly in Apple Maps or Google Maps.
Quiet push notifications
Chat and clock notifications respect mutes, business hours and per-channel rules. Silent pushes run background sync without buzzing the phone.

What3Words
Autosuggest, coordinate lookup and saved W3W locations per client. Every geo-tagged photo gets a W3W address alongside lat/lng.

API keys

Bob, the in-app AI
